2- Rough chop the pineapple, and add it to the bowl with the shredded cabbage in it
3- Mix the apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup of the saved pineapple juice
4- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
5- Pour over the cabbage and pineapple.
6- Toss together and eat.
